I’ve been an emotional eater most of my life. At a very low point in my life, I found myself in a scary domestic violence situation. Domestic violence also claimed the life of my best friend on May 1st 2017. The keto lifestyle was a saving grace and a healthy distraction for me. I lost as much as 70lbs my first year of doing strict keto – WOW! I am not always as strict as I could be with what I eat, but my journey continues to cut the sugar and carbs out my diet. Through this 3 year journey I started my own mukbang channel on YouTube in February 2019 called Ketolicious Ness. Mukbang (pronounced “mook-bong”) is a broadcast show done while eating. During my show I eat or prepare keto and low carb meals for my viewers. Through this wonderful experience I developed my own seafood butter sauce that is keto friendly and delicious on everything.
